Tzoli is a brand belonging to the Direct Approach company. Tzoli serves as a solution for human resources, facilitating the hiring of professionals and assisting in identifying the most suitable candidates for the positions they are looking to fill.
Project
The founder of Direct Approach aimed to reintroduce the application that a web developer created for her 15 years ago. She was confident that her application would remain pertinent. I suggested to the owner that she think about rebranding her product with a new name to improve its memorability.
How I tackled the task
Initially, the product was branded as Direct Approach Solutions. She introduced the name Tzoli. I began by creating the logo, aiming to capture the essence of connection. I retained the color scheme from her original website, maintaining the same vibrant shades of purple and pink.
Subsequently, I developed the website and crafted all the content based on my understanding of her product. I designed it to guide users to the product's definition and illustrate its advantages for both candidates and employers. I incorporated data to highlight the ongoing challenges employers face in finding suitable candidates, as well as the difficulties candidates encounter in securing their desired jobs.
I created an animated section to demonstrate the steps users will take when utilizing the product to recruit new employees. I concluded with a segment showcasing the HR professional who has identified candidates and is conducting interviews with them.
I aimed for the website to display all the steps, starting from comprehending the solution, illustrating its potential benefits for users, and concluding with a call to action for registration.
Certain content is still absent on some pages, as I requested the owner to supply her own definition of the solution. The website is currently awaiting her feedback.
